Terms for Clubs, Schools and Parks /Recreation Departments
Net 15 after order has been received. Initial order will need to be completed with official PO or credit card to establish security-credit for future purchases. Also in some cases we may want you to fill out some additional credit forms for our records.

Terms for Associations or Individuals
Check, cashier check, or money order. Credit card transaction incorporates a small bank fee for the cost of using the credit card process with our bank. Terms are prepaid.

Inspection of Order
All orders must be inspected the day it arrives for any shipping damage to be reported and a claim requested. If found that the shipper is at fault the order will be picked at shipper expense and another one shipped to replace it or credit back for that item. If this process is not done at time of delivery we can’t really do anything to assist with the claim.

Return Policy
All returns on inventory items (non-custom orders) will require NRSM, INC, return authorization, a 20% restocking fee applies and notice of return must be given within 24 hours of receipt of order. All return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned and may require pre-payment.

Replacement liability as specified by manufacturer’s warranty.
