Preparing Our Customer's Quotation
Artwork
All customers requesting official quotations for banners, fence murals or logos on windscreens must send us “camera ready” artwork, meaning the file has to be in one of the following formats: Vector File, High Resolution PDF or High Resolution JPEG. This saves us valuable time in preparing your over-all quotation. A faxed or emailed scan of the layout placement of artwork would also be very helpful.
By having the artwork ready will assist our staff in getting your quotation back to you in a more timely manner, plus save you any additional artwork charges. That could range from $50 to $150.00 depending on the time it takes to produce the new artwork file.
Choosing the Type Material for Your Project
Banners will use a 13 oz. vinyl material
Indoor Sports Padding will use 13 oz. vinyl material
Outdoor Sports Padding will use a 18 oz vinyl material designed for outdoor usage
Fence Murals Use a 9 oz. heavy duty White Mesh Material
Almost Any Color Combinations or Image can be Imprinted on to this Material

Dura-Bond Process Applications
A traditional style of logo/graphic custom imprinting. This process is where a stencil or micro-firm layout is and taped directly on to the material. Then the paint is rolled on directly to the material covering the open areas of the stencil. Recommended for one or two color and simpler applications. We back this process by two year workmanship warranty on the artwork of the logo/graphic. Still pretty durable process though.

Sewn-On Process Applications
Our company specializes in providing the latest in imprinting technology. With the use of the state of the art computer software to digitally layout each of customer's graphic logo. The process continues when the artwork is printed onto to a 9oz vinyl mesh windscreen material/fabric. The background fabric is color matched to the type of windscreen and color of the windscreen.
This process is especially good when the logo is to be repeated over specific distance on any of our materials/fabrics. For example, 4ft x 4ft corporate logo repeated every 50ft down the fence.
We are so proud of this highly recommended process we place a three year workmanship. And deterioration warranty on each logo/graphic design we send out the door.

Fence Mural Process Applications
Fence Murals are full-color digital prints on 9 oz. vinyl coated mesh. For vibrant color the mesh is printed with OEM solvent inks that have exteme scratch, alcohol, water and UV resistance, which adds to the three year outdoor durability requirement. All four edges of each Fence Mural are finished with a 3-ply hem reinforced with webbing and them double stitched. The edges are them grommeted with #2 brass grommets on 12" centers.
